SnapLok Refund & Return Policy

Pre-Order Cancellations You may cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund at any time before your order ships. No questions asked.

After Your Order Ships Once your order has shipped, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

To initiate a return, contact us at snaplokbrand@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items If your SnapLok arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.
